Local SEO for contractors and other US service businesses.
Local SEO here means the setup a service business needs before it can be found for the work it actually does. It does not mean a promise that you will rank first, or at all, for a keyword.
What the work includes
Google Business Profile setup
We use the business name, category, hours, phone, and service area you confirm. We do not buy reviews or suggest wording that pretends a customer said something.
On-page SEO
Each service page gets a title, a description, and copy that names the trade and the area in ordinary language. We do not repeat a keyword to inflate a page.
Speed
Images are sized, pages stay light, and the mobile layout is the one we design first. The Lighthouse target is 90 or higher on the finished site, measured rather than promised in advance.
Schema
The site can publish business, service, and FAQ structured data that matches the visible page. We do not add an address, a rating, or a review count you did not provide.
Service-area pages
Cities or neighborhoods you serve get pages only when the business actually works there. We do not generate a page for every town in a state.
Review requests
We can set up a simple way for you to ask recent customers for a review. We do not write the reviews, gate them, or offer anything in exchange.
Before you ask about rankings
Will this put us at the top of Google?
No. Search results depend on competition, your location, your reviews, and your business information. We do the setup. We do not guarantee a position.
Do you create a page for every nearby city?
Only for places you serve and can talk about honestly. A pile of near-duplicate city pages is not part of the work.
Is local SEO included in the website packages?
Starter includes on-page SEO foundations. Growth and Pro add service pages, service-area pages, and structured data that matches the page. A larger local SEO effort can be scoped on the intro call.
Pair this with a trade page if the business still needs the site itself. Choose a trade.
