Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Naxaria ("Naxaria," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, joining a group, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Naxaria.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Naxaria.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your country or region, including laws related to online communities and memberships.

Naxaria is a community platform for trading communities. Creators may operate free or paid groups with features such as group chat, media galleries, membership tools, moderation, and optional trade-post sharing with historical outcome tracking.

Naxaria provides the platform and tools. Creators are responsible for their own content, shared trade posts, and displayed performance statistics.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our policies, or that pose a security or abuse risk to the Platform or other users.

Creators control their groups, including pricing, visibility, moderation settings, and posted content. Members and creators are solely responsible for content they publish.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Naxaria a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Platform.

You must not post unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringing content, or content that solicits others to engage in fraud or market manipulation.

Paid groups may accept membership payments using the methods shown at checkout and, when enabled, recurring card subscriptions through Stripe Connect.

Prices, billing intervals, and access rules are set by creators unless otherwise stated. A platform share may apply to paid memberships as disclosed at checkout or in creator dashboards.

When Stripe card billing is enabled, it is subject to Stripe’s terms and applicable card-network rules. Creator proceeds go to the creator’s connected Stripe account; Naxaria collects a disclosed application fee.

Where a creator enables a one-time membership method, you pay the stated amount using the destination and instructions shown in checkout.

You are responsible for selecting the correct method details and amount. Incorrect payment details may result in loss of funds or delayed access.

Confirmed one-time membership payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.

One-time memberships do not auto-renew unless you complete a new payment before access expires.

Trade posts, discussion, win-rate statistics, and related commentary are published by independent creators for informational and community purposes only.

Where Naxaria tracks outcomes, results follow published methodology and market-data rules. Past performance, including displayed historical outcomes, does not guarantee future results. Market conditions change rapidly; any shared trade idea may result in loss.

Nothing on Naxaria constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk of loss and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape non-public data, or probe the Platform for vulnerabilities.
• Harass, impersonate, spam, or distribute malware.
• Use Naxaria to promote unlawful schemes, guaranteed returns, or unregistered securities offerings.
• Reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with Platform operations.

Naxaria names, logos, software, and design elements are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, contact us at the address below with sufficient detail for us to review the claim.

You may stop using Naxaria at any time. Creators may remove members or close groups subject to applicable billing and access rules.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, legal requirements, or operational necessity. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAXARIA AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON CREATOR CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO NAXARIA FOR PLATFORM SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naxaria and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate.

Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
