Payments & Refunds

This page explains how payments and refunds work for Naxaria community memberships. Naxaria is a community platform for trading communities.

Creating and running free communities is free. Paid memberships are optional and set by each creator.

Paid access is for membership to a creator’s community on Naxaria — group chat, member content, and related community tools.

Payments are for community software access. They are not trading deposits, brokerage accounts, or investment products.

Where a creator enables paid access, you complete membership payment using the methods shown at checkout for that community.

You are responsible for following the checkout instructions exactly (amount, destination, and any network or method details displayed).

Some one-time membership methods are generally final and non-refundable once confirmed, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

One-time memberships may not auto-renew. You complete a new payment before access expires. Reminders may be sent but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Card subscriptions use Stripe Connect direct charges when enabled for a community. Creators complete Stripe onboarding; members pay by card for recurring memberships.

The creator receives the membership proceeds on their connected Stripe account. Naxaria collects a disclosed platform application fee. Stripe pays Naxaria’s fee proceeds in fiat to Naxaria’s business account.

Card checkout appears only when platform card checkout is enabled and the creator’s connected Stripe account is ready to accept card payments. Otherwise Manual USDT remains available.

On paid memberships, Naxaria takes a small platform share — typically around five percent — only when paid revenue flows.

The exact share can vary slightly by payment method and will be shown before a paid method is enabled. Free communities do not incur a platform share.

Creators set community pricing and access rules subject to these Terms and platform policies.

Confirmed one-time membership payments are typically non-refundable as described above.

For Stripe card subscriptions, members manage or cancel renewals through Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Access continues until the end of the paid period when you cancel renewal. Full refunds and disputes revoke access immediately; refund eligibility otherwise depends on timing, Stripe rules, and applicable law.
