This Privacy Policy explains how Naxaria ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, applications, and related services (the "Platform").

By using Naxaria, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We collect information you provide and information generated through use of the Platform:

• Account data: email address, password hash (via our auth provider), username, display name, avatar, and bio.
• Authentication data: OAuth identifiers when you sign in through a supported third-party identity provider.
• Group and content data: posts, comments, chat messages, shared trade posts, media URLs, and moderation actions.
• Payment-related data: subscription status, payment references, transaction hashes, and billing metadata. We do not store full payment card numbers — card data is processed by our payment provider under its own privacy policy when card billing is enabled.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interaction logs needed for security and reliability.
• Push notification data: device tokens or push provider identifiers when you opt in to notifications.
• Preferences: theme choice stored locally in your browser.

We use information to:

• Create and secure your account and authenticate sessions.
• Operate groups, enforce access rules, and deliver creator content to entitled members.
• Process subscriptions, verify subscription payments when payment methods are live, and show dashboards to creators.
• Send in-app and push notifications you have opted into (e.g., new community posts, expiry reminders).
• Resolve tracked trade outcomes under published rules, compute historical statistics, and run scheduled platform jobs.
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect the Platform and users.
• Improve features, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described below:

• With creators and group members as needed to operate communities (e.g., your username on posts, membership status).
• With service providers that help us run the Platform, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required.

We use trusted third-party providers to host and operate Naxaria, including:

• Authentication and database providers — account sign-in, data storage, and realtime features.
• Hosting providers — application delivery and infrastructure.
• Media storage providers — image and file hosting.
• Payment processors — fiat subscription billing (when enabled).
• Push notification providers — delivery of alerts you opt into (when enabled).
• Payment verification and market-data providers — membership payment confirmation and trade-outcome resolution using public market data (no personal data sent for market lookups).

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication sessions, security, and preferences such as theme selection.

Push providers may set additional cookies or storage entries when you enable notifications.

We retain account and content data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, resolve disputes, enforce Terms, and meet legal obligations.

You may request account deletion by contacting us. Some data may be retained in backups or logs for a limited period or where required by law.

You can update profile information in Settings, manage notification preferences in the app, and decline push permission in your browser.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level security in our database, and server-side access checks on API routes.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own where our service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect data consistent with this Policy.

Naxaria is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material updates may be communicated through the Platform.
